A child has died of it at Long Gully, Bendigo. The disease was introduced by two brothers named James, who were passengers by the Nebraska. Strict precautions are being taken, and a Gazette notice orders all vessels from New Zealand into quarantine. NEW SOUTH WALES. Sydney, June G. Anthony Trollope has arrived, and leaves next week for Melbourne and New Zealand. There is a lock-out in some department of Morts and Russell’s iron works.
