Per Grevillb & CO.’S Express (neuters Agents SMALL POX IN AUCKLAND. LATEST FROM FIJI. RELEASE OF THE NOTORIOUS HAYES. AUCKLAND. June 17. Henry Thompson, a passenger by the Nebraska, from Dunedin, has gone to the Hospital, suffering from small pox. He says two other passengers by the Nebraska, who were similarly afflicted, but did not know the nature of their disease, went on. Later news from Samoa reports that Captain Hayes, after examination by the Captain of the U. S. frigate Narrangansett, was released lor want of evidence.
