In the Appeal Court to-day judgment was given in the case of Whitaker and Lundon. The judgment was that Whitaker and Lundon possess no right at law or in equity which are taken away or affected by the passing of the Native Lands Act of 1869 or by proceedings of the Native Lands Court in pursuance of this Act.
