Monday. (Before Jackson Keddell, Esq., Warden.) James Caher v. Nolan and Others.— This was an action for some surplus ground at Keven’s Point.—Mr Leary represented the defendants. 'Plaintiff appeared in person, and, after the Court had drawn his attention to the wording of the Goldfield Regulations respecting surplus grouud, he accepted the suggestion of tllO Bench, and took a nonsuit.
