MEETING' OF THU MOANATAIARI COMPANY. „ SATISFACTORY BALANCE SHEET. •Auckland, 5,32 p.m. The meeting of the Moanataiari Goldmining Company to-day was most satisfactory. The balance sheet for the year showed that the receipts amounted to £39,231 from 13,315 tons of quartz. The net profits for the year amounted to £IS,2UU, or which £1.0,113 had been carried to the dividend account. Clark was re-elected director. Frazer and Ritchie were elected auditors. The directors were allowed £3OO to be divided amongst them. Bismarck shares have a downward tendency.
