(from our own correspondent.) o NATIVE LAND COURT. SHAREMARKET. The following schedule of mining contributors will be heard and disposed of to-morrow at the District Court, Mount Auram, Success, Braganza, Southern Enterprise, John O’Groats extension, Wakatip, Scottish Crown, Ladybird and Hand of Friendship, Royal Exchange, Inkerman and Durham, Hokitika G.M. Companies. A nonsuit was recouled in the case of William Hyder (Thames) v. R. T. Gunn. The claim was for £SO, for value of 100 shares in the Red Queen G.M.C. The Native Lands Court sat to-day for the purpose of inquiring into the claim of the natives to the foreshore at Coromandel. The hearing was adjourned till to-morrow. There has not been much business done in the sliavemarket to-day. Caledonian shares advanced to £2O 10, but closed with a downward tendency. Sales to-day: Thames, £5 os; Caledonian, £2O 10s ; Paul’s Creek, Is lOd to 2s ; Bismarcks, £4 2s 6d ; Cures, 355.
