POLICE COURT.— Yesterday. (Before Dr Kilgour J.P.)

Drunkenness. —John Thackerbury was charged with being drunk and disorderly in Pollen-street, and was fined 20s or 45 hours hard labour.—Ann Knox charged with being drunk and incapable in Queenstreet, Grnhanistown, the previous evening, was fined 20s or 24 hours imprisonment.

Vagrancy. —JohnThackerbury, in addition to the charge of beiDg drunk, was further charged with having no lawful visible means of support.—The accused was sentenced to one month hard labour.
