(Before W. Fraser, Esq., 8.. M.) Mantkau G.M.C. v. Wiiau G.M.C.— This was an action to recover the sum of £123 3s Gd for crushing quartz under an agreement.—When the case was called on there was no appearance of either of the parties, and it was struck out. The Court then adjourned until the 4th April,
