ALL APPLICATIONS for Resident Sites Water Rights, Machine Sites, Tunnels, lloads, Tramways, &c., made under the “ Goldfields Act, 1866,” and matured before the 22ud January last, applicants may obtain CERTIFICATES for the same on or before the 30tli day of April next; after which date all such applications, for which Certificates have not then been taken out, will be treated as abandoned. All Applications made, but not matured, before the 22nd January, may be again made free of further charge under the provisions of “The Mining Districts Act, 1871,” on or before the 30th day of April next, if not so made they will also be treated as abandoned.
