There are sixteen Schools of Arts in Queensland, and they each receive an annual contribution from the general revenue ecual to the amount raised by private subscription, provided that it does not exceed .GIOO. The following notice appears on the west end of an American meeting-house : “ Anybody sticking bills against this church, will be prosecuted according to the law or any other nuisance.”
