T.S.Y. v. NO. 1 COMPANY DUNEDIN RIFLES.

We arc indebted to Captain Murray for tlie following account of the result of tlie above match, at Dunedin, on Saturday, received by telegram, via Wanganui, yesterday :—Tlie firing of Captain Wales’s company took place on Saturday, at Dunedin, at tbc same time that the match was fired at the Thames. It rained heavily, but there was not much wind. Only nine fired, in place of ten. The total was 1583 points, class targets. They also fired at Wimbledon targets, with a total result of 344. Allowing for the absence of one man, this gives a victory to the Thames. In a few days, we expect to be able to publish the details of the scores at the several distances.
