McDONOGH, Travelling SubCommissioner to the Government Insurance aud Annuities Department, will deliver a LECTURE on the BENEFITS derivable from the LOW RATE of PREMIUMS, LIBERAL BY-LAWS, and STATE SECURITY offered to the Public by the Government Scheme of LIFE INSURANCE and ANNUITIES, on TUESDAY, the 27th instant. Mr McDonogb respectfully recommends the inhabitants of the Thames, before taking out a policy of Life Insurance in any Company or Office, Mutual or otherwise, to come and hear his explanation of the advantages afforded by the Government Office, which simply means the People's Office. Miners are specially invited to attend. Doors will be open at 7.30 p.m. Lecture to commence at 8 p.m. ADMISSION FREE. A LECTURE ON LOVE, COURTSHIP, AND MARRIAGE. WILL he given by the REV. J. T.
