NOTICE is hereby gi ven lo the persons whose names arc in the first column in the Schedule hereunder written set forth, being shareholders in the Central Italy Gold Mining Company (Registered), that they are severally and respectively, required to pay the CALL of Two Shillings per Share in icspcot of the shares (the numbers of which arc respectively set forth in the third column of the said Schedule, opposite the several and respective names of the said shareholders) held by them in the said company, made payable Third day of December last past, on Tuesday, the twenty-sixth day of March now next ensuing, at the Registered Office of the said Company, situate in I)avy-strcct, Grahamstown, together with the interest and expenses that have accrued thereon respectively by non-payment of the same. .And notice is hereby further given that in the event of non-payment of the said call, interest, and expenses, on or before the said 20th day of March, at the Registered Office. the Shares will be liable to he FORFEITED, by virtue of the Provisions of the Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Act, 1870.
