GliitviLliK Si Co.’s (Reuter’s Agents) EXPRESS. POLICE COURT—HALEY CHARGED WITH ARSON. Auckland, 9 p.in. At the Police Court, Cyrus Haley was charged with having fired the Kerosinc Store in Mechanics’ Bay. Evidence was taken regarding tlio identity of the tools and the recognition of handwriting. The further hearing of the case was adjourned until Saturday, when a new class of evidence will be taken.
