In the Manukau Extended, the hearing of several objections is proceeding. 11 p.m. At a meeting of the Manukau Extended G.M.G. to-day, the consideration of the schedule was adjourned until next court day. The Provincial Government Gazette notifies the refusal of lease of a portion of Grahamstown Flat, near Imperial Crown, applied for by John Batten. At a meeting of the Bank of Tokatca shareholders, held to-day, it. was resolved that tho late legal manager lie called upon to produce certain vouchers missing ; also an account, for stationery bought ; and to produce his authority for employing labour while mine was protected. Failing this, lie will lie liable for money illegally expended. A call of Is 3d was made.
