WAIOTAHI DISTRICT BOARD.
A meeting of this Board was called for yesterday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Governor Bowen Hotel. Present: Mr. Davies in the chair, and Messrs Anthony, Dean (Secretary),and Simpsou(Enginecr).
There not being a sufficient number of members to contribute a quorum no business was done except the opening of tenders for pitching and metalling. The acceptation of the tenders will be submitted to the next meeting. The following were the lowest tenders sent in :

The Secretary was requested to inform the Press if a meeting should take place before next Wednesday.
