UNION SASH AND DOOR COMPANY
Thf, ordinary half-yearly meeting of the Union Sash and Door Company was held at the office of Mr F. A. White, Flioi Handstreet, this day. Mr C. J. Stone occupied the chair. The balance-sheet having been read, a dividend at the rate of "JO per cent, per annum was declared payable at the office of the company, on and after Wednesday next, the tl-lth instant. The balance-sheet shewed a most satisfactory state of things, a sum of £1,807 lils lid being available for ?. dividend.— Eratin'j Star, November 20.
