WARDEN’S COURT — Y esterday.
Jjcforc VT. Fraser, Esq., Warden. The Red Queen G.M.Co. v. I!. Hill. — This a complaint against defendant for encroachment. —Mr Miller appeared for the company. —The defendant confessed judgment, and an order was made for him to give up possession within 6 weeks. The Court then adjourned until to-day (Thursday).
