Before W. Fraser, Esq., R.Mi Unsound Mind. —Patrick Nolan charged with being of unsound mind, was remanded until to-day for the production of medical testimony as to his mental condition. Threatening Language. —Ellen Scanlan charged with using abusive and threatening language to Mr. F. Persiinan was bound over to find sureties to keep the peace for the next tlireo months in her own recognizance of £lO.
