Before AV. Fraser, Esq., R.IT. Drunkenness. —James Ferguson, charged with being drunk nnd incapable in Owenstreet, Graliamstown, the previous night, was fined ten shillings Avith the alternative of 24 hours imprisonment in case of nonpayment.*— Cornelius Scully, charged Avith being drunk, and also with being an habitual drunkard Avas fined ten shillings with the alternative of 24 hours imprisonment for the first offence, and for the second received a sentence of one mouths hard labor.
