Before W. Fraser, Esq., R.M, Drunkenness. —Annie Sidey, charged with being drunk, was fined 10s or 24 hours’ imprisonment for the above offence. Vagrant Cattle. —Thomas Williams, charged with permitting two cows to wander at large in Baillie street, was fined os and costs. Transfer of License.— Robert Vincent applied to have his license for the Globe Hotel transferred to William Shaw. The application was granted.
