Thames Guardian Office, * November 29. THAMES SHAREMARKET. The sharemarket yesterday was brisker than on the proceeding day, although Caledonian, Thames, and Tookeys, remain stationary, with few buyers. Moanataiari, L 4 2s Gd to L 4 Gs, in good demand ; Golden Calf, L 3 to L32s Gd, in demand ; Nonpareil, L 3 17s Gd ; Otagos have changed hands, and were in much demand at L 3 10s to L 3 12s Gd ; Centrals, L2 15s ; Black Angel closed at 17s Gd, Sellers : —Star of the Thames, 15s, buyers and sellers ; Italians, 8s ; Standards, 4s : Queen of May, 3s Gd, —buyers. There was no enquiry for any other stock. It is a noticeable fact that, dull as the market is, sellers of stock arc equally as scarce as buyers at market prices, and most of the abovementioned stock arc well held.
