Thames Guardian Office, Saturday evening, November 18. SIIAREMARKET. The sharemarket during the past week was more healthy than during the previous one, and leading stock was in fair demand. Caledonians sold late in the week from £lO2 10s to £95, but on Saturday evening they were offered at £92 10s. Thames firm at £2O, and sold freely. Tookeys were in good demand all the week, and on Saturday evening there were buyers at £3l. Otagos sold during the week at from £3 15s to £4. Nonpareils were in demand at close of week at £3 10s, but no sellers. Queen of May, 4s. Queen of Thames, 3s. Red Queen, 9s. Hand and Band, 6s. Bird in Hand, 6s 6d. Alburnias, £7 ss, buyers. Lions, buyers, os. Golden Lions, 6s. Bright Smiles closed from £2 10s. Smiling Beauty, 4s 6d. Standard 3s Od to 4s. Golden Calf, £2 17s Od. Central Italy, £2 10s. Italian, Bs, 8s od. and 9s. All Nations. £4 ss. Waitemata, 10s 6d. Rubys, 4s. Golden Spur. 4s. Inverness, 24s to 25s ; few sellers ; holders firm. AUCKLAND SHAREMARKET. Saturday. MR J. M. LENNOX’S REPORT. The sharemarket is most unsettled. Caledonian and Thames shares have a downward tendenev. My sales comprise : Caledonian, £95, £94, £92 10s, and £9O ; Thames, £l9, £lB 10s : Tookey, £3O ; Red Queen, 9s. Closing buyers : Caledonian, £9O ; Thames, £18; Tookey, £32. Closing sellers: Caledonian, £92 10s : Thames £l9.
