The subscribers have been instructed to sell, at their Land Rooms, Fort-street, on Monday, 20th instant, at 12 o’clock, BLINK BONNY FARM, consisting of 350 acres of the most fertile soil in the Papakura’ Valley, all fenced; about 250 acres subdivided into twelve paddocks, with sheep-proof.fences, with a plentiful supply 1 of white clover and glass, and a never-failing stream of pure;water winding through the property, the remaining 100 acres being bush, which supplies first-class cattle feed. The DWELLING-HOUSE contains six Rooms, also detached Kitchen and Diningroom, thoroughly finished, papered, lined, and ceiled throughout, with verandah. All lately erected, and for comfort and convenience all that can be desired. The Garden in front is planted with trees and shrubs, and enclosed by a wire fence and acacia hedge.
