Per Greyillii & Co.’s (Renter’s Agents) Express SITTING IN BANKRUPTCY. RETURN OE THE NGAPUHI DEPUTATION. BISHOP CHOKE’S VISIT TO THE WAIKATO. SHAREMARKET. Auckland, Thursday. A sitting in Bankruptcy was held at the Supreme Court to-day, when William Thompson of Tararu obtained his discharge. The Ngapuhi deputation returned to Alexandra from Te Kuiti greatly disgusted. The subject of Todd’s murderers not even being alluded to by the Kingites.. The only business done was the fixing of next March for the meeting. One of the deputation is reported to have declared that lie would pay a second visit to Te Kuiti with his rifle, if the Government desired. The Ivingites are very busv planting. The Right Rev. Bishop Croke was very well received in the \ Waikato. A procession escorted him from Ngaruawahia to Hamilton, where an address of welcome was presented to him. Caledonians closed, £9O; Thames, £ls.
