Good prospects have already been obtained from the reef which, when opened, is two feet wide. Nevada. —An extraordinary meeting of shareholders of the Nevada G.AI. Co. (Registered), was held yesterday, at the Company’s office, when directors were elected, rules confirmed, and the financial position of the company considered. The financial statement shewed the debts of the company to amount to £56 7s 9d. The new board immediately met and made a first call of two shillings and sixpence, which covers the two calls previously made. As soon as funds are in hand, it is intended to go on with the works, which have been temporarily suspended, owing to scarcity of funds.
