RESIDENT MAGISTRATES’ COURT.

Saturday, November 4th. Before V. Fraser, Esq., R.M. P. Norbury v. Gardiner. —This was an action to recover the sum of six shillings and sevenpence, the balance of an account of 17s 7LI for goods sold and delivered. The defendant said she never had the things, and they were not in the hook (produced). A liatle girl was called to prove the delivery of the goods, and judgment was given for plaintiff for the amount claimed and costs 19s.
