QUEEN OF THE MAY GOLD MINING COMPANY (REGISTERED). ’'jVT’OTICE is hereby given to the several Jl x persons whose names are in the first column in the schedule hcreinundcr written set forth, being shareholders in the Queen of the May Gold Mining Company (Registered), that they arc severally and respectively required to pay the call of fourpence per share in respect of the shares (the numbers of which are respectively set forth in the third column of the said schedule, opposite the several and respective names* of the said shareholders) held by them in the said company, made payable on the twenty-fifth day of August last past, on Thursday the seventh day of December now next ensuing, at the registered otfice of the said company, situate in Davy-strect, Grahamstown, together with the interest and expenses tliht have accrued thereon respectively by non-payment of the same. And Notice is hereby further given, that in the event of non-payment of the said call, interest, and expenses on or before the said seventh day of December, at the said registered office, the shares will be liable to be forfeited, by virtue of the provisions of the “ Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Act, 1870.” By order of the Directors.
