THE LATEST BUBBLE.
To the Editor of The THAMES GUARDIAN'. Sir, —Hearing on my return from Auckland this afternoon that my name had been used with regard to a contemplated amalgamation between the Nonpareil and Waitcmata Goldmining Companies, in both of which companies J am a director, allow me to state through the columns of your journal that I have not in any way favoured the amalgamation, being at present unconvinced ofthe advisability of such a step.—l am, &c., John Wardell, Director Nonpareil and Waitemata G. M. Companies.
