I MERE MAN A KONUI, of Sliortland, • in the Province of Auckland, hereby give notice that the power of attorney granted by me to John Guilding, of Shortland aforesaid, Native, Interpreter, was revoked on or about the first day, of April last, and all persons are hereby cautioned against paying any monies to the said'John Guilding on my account, or in any way dealing with the said John Guilding as my attorney or agent ; and I further give notice that I will refuse to recognise apy payment to, or any transaction by, the said Jolm Guilding in my 'name or my account • since the revocation of the said power of attorney.
