London, May 2. Mr Johu Burns suggests that workres in Europe should unite and form a concordat, guiding the employment of women and children, iusuranco, liability of employers, aud hours of labour. He proposes to convene a conference to meet in Loudon to discuss the matter. Sydney, May 2. The strike of coolios at Hong Koug has collapsed.
