The Women’s Franchise League urges the Government to spend all the available votes in order to alleviate the distress, which threatens to be severe this winter. The attention of the Minister for Labor is directed to the inequalities of pay for male and female labor as one of the chief hindrances to the proper adjustment of a fair day’s wage for a fair day’s work for both sexes.
