The Japanese are now marching on Tsohuukow. Dec. 13. The Japanese have occupied Foochow, on the Gulf of Tiantong, practically without bloodshed, their attack being unopposed by the Chinese, who are retreating to New Chwang. The garrison of Weihaiwei say that they will desert if attacked. It is reported that a Japanese division have lauded on the shores of the Gulf of Pecbili and have taken up a position near Taku. London, Dec. 12. The Chinese loan which was placed on the Loudon market has been withdrawn, the agents finding that the Chinese officials had been guilty of duplicity in connection with the negotiations.
