Sx. Petersburg, Nov. 19. At the late Czar’s funeral the concluding ceremony which took place today was an imposing function, and was conducted on an enormous scale. The Imperial Insignia and Regalia alone required sixteen coaches to carry them. Among the Royal personages present wore the Kings of Denmark, Greece, and Serna, Princes of Wales, Naples, Montenegro, and Henry of Prussia, and tiie Dukes »[ York and Coburg. Fifty thousand people waited through the whole night in order to visit the corpse of the late Cz tr before it was consigned to its final resting p ace. The Czar has declined to receive a Bulgarian deput tiou. The Prince of Wales and other Royalties remain heie u >til the marriage of the Czar Nicholas <>n Monday, when the p/ew Czar will order the release of a number of criminals as a mark of his the throne. Lonoon, Nov. 19. Her Majesty the Queen and members of the Royal Family who did not attend the late Czar’s funeral held a memorial service similar to that in St. Petersburg. The same service was conducted in the various European capitals.
