Sr. Petersburg, Nor. 13. The late Czar’s body arrived here to-day and was received with military honors. . The ceremony was of an impressive and stately character. The whole city was draped in black, and the cortege was two miles in length. Vast crowds lined the streets, standing silent and bare-headed deSpite the rain. The body of the latef Czar has arrived here and the lying-in-state functions are proceeding. Enormous crowds have viewed the body. The Czar Nicholas will be married on November 22nd. Nov. 15. The body of the late Czar will be buried on Saturday. The Czar Nicholas is appointing Prince Labanoff to the post of Imperial Chancellor which has been vacant since Gortschakoff’s death. It is reported that General Gourko intends to resign the Polish commandowing to a disagreement with the Czar.
