Shanghai, Nov, 3. Twenty British warships have assembled hero. It is stated that the Japanese have captured Port Arthur. It is stated that the Chinese have retaken Kiukuchiug, the Japanese losing 3000 men. The Japanese have captured Sunghwang Chiug, and their second army is attacking Kinchow.
