TOWN BOARD ELECTIONS.
GERALDINE. The biennial election of seven members of the Geraldine Town Board took place on Wednesday, and was one of the quietest elections ever seen at Geraldine, very little interest being manifested. The Temperance party made an effort to get eandidataa in on the temperance ticket In view of any possibility of the new Licensing Bill passing the House, which makes chairmen of local bodies members of the licensing committees. The number of votes recorded this election was 565, whilst the number recorded in the 1892 •lection was 669.
