London, Aug. 19. A corps of Italian detectives have arrived Loudon to assist in watching the Anarchists, who are hatching plots in Whitechapel and other districts of the metropolis. Outrages are feared. Washington, August 21. The Chicago police have discovered two chests full of Anarchist literature and infernal machines of a new type, scientifically devised. It is believed that they were intended for the wholesale destruction of property and life during the coming winter. Several arrests have boon made.
