NEW ZEALAND AND SAMOA.
Berlin, May 7. In the Reichstag Count Caprivi said that he had been urged to annex Tonga in addition to Samoa. Conflicting reports are published regarding the despatch of German warships to Samoa. The Cologne Gazette says that the colonial society demands Germany to establish a protectorate over Samoa.
