Temuka—Tuesday, May Bxh, 1894, [Before C. A. Wray, Esq., S.M.] PROHIBITION ORDER. A prohibition order was granted against A. Hay, of Temuka, on the application of a relative, to have effect in Temuka, Winchester, and the Arowhenua Hotel. BREACH OP PEACE. Two young men were charged with committing a breach ot the peace on Saturday night. Constable Bourke gave evidence that there was no particular disorder. Accused were flaed 5s each and costs, CIVIL CASES. . Whitehead & Son v. James Streeter, Claim £8 2a 9d on dishonored promissory note. Judgment by default for amount claimed and costs. . Aspinall & Co. v. Mrs Powell,—Claim £4 11a 2d. Judgment by default for amount claimed and costs. The court then rose.
