TEMUKA ROAD BOARD. ~N accordance with trie provisions of "The Road Board Act, 1882," "Amendment Act, 1883," and "The Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876," and its amendments, I hereby give notice than an ELECTION" for THREE MEMBERS to serve on the above Board will be held on SATURDAY, the sth day of MAY, 1894. The retiring Members, who are eligible for re-election, are : Messrs John Talbot, John Eraser, and J. F. Parke. NOTICE is horeby given that at a Meeting held on tho 20th April, 1894, the following resolution was passed : —"That this Board declares the EXISTING ROAD, being that portion running through U.S. 28370, between tho Cl.iyton Road and the Reserve on Ribbonwood Creek (being a continuation easterly of the Opuha Gorge Road) STOPPED, and that a NEW ICOAD starting from the Clayton Road at the N.E. corner of Res 1859, and ending at the junction of the North and South Opuha Rivers is substituted for tho samo."
