IDUGALD MACFARLANE, Re--4 turning Officer for the Mount Peel Road Board District, hereby give notice that an ELECTION will take place on FRIDAY, May 4th, 1894, to return THREE MEMBERS to the Mount Peel Road Board (Messrs R. Thew, G, J* Deunistoun, and C. G. Tripp retiring). Nominations must be addressed to the Returning Officer, and delivered at the Road Board Office, 1 eel Forest, before Noon on WEDNESDAY, April 25th, 1894. Nominations of Candidates in the form prescribed by the “ Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876,” must be delivered to the Returning Officer at the Road Board Office, Geraldine, before noon on THURSDAY, the 26th of APRIL, 1894.
