Mr Arthur Harrold, of Adelaide, is forming an Assets Company with a capital of £ 1,000,000 to purchase the properties of the reconstructed banks in Australia. April 9. Seven thousand quarters of Australian wheat, prompt shipment, sold at 25s per quarter. Melbourne, April 9, ’ Experimental cultivation of hemp has been successfully carried out at Bruthen. The product is of splendid fibre, and realised £BO per ton.
