THE ANARCHISTS.
London, April 6. Mennier and another Anarchist have been arrested ia London on suspicion of being concerned in the explosion at the Caf6 Very in 1892. .Meuuier was on the point of leaving for Antwerp, and was only arrested after a desperate struggle. It is believed, in Paris, that the bomb which was exploded in the Caf<s Foycot yesterday was to have been placed in the Senate building, but the explosion took place prematurely. A number of guests iu the Ca f6 were injured, including Moil liade, an Anarchist poet. Paris, Apiil 6. Forty arrests have been made in con nection with the bomb explosion at the Caf6 Foyot, opposite the Senate. . Rome, April 6. The Emperor of Germany and Humbert of Italy have arranged to meet at Venice and discuss the best means for the repression of anarchy. Brussels, April 8. A plot has been discovered at Liege to destroy the public buildings by dynamite. A number of bombs were seized
