THE BRAZILIAN REBELLION.

Rio de Janeiro. March 24. President Peixoto has revived fhe decrees enabling the execution of rebels without trial; also of any foreigners guilty of assisting them. The prisons are full of suspects, and it is expected that the greater number will be shot. Many of the European Governments have communicated with the President urging clemency. Admiral de Mello has been proclaimed head of the rebels, and the Government offer £IO,OOO for his capture. March 25. An important party in the capital are opposing foreigners, aud are using threatening and insulting language,mainly to Englishmen.
