IMPERIAL PARLIAMENT.
London, March 21. The House of Commons passed the Naval Vote. Both the Chancellor of the Exchequer and the Secretary of the Admiralty gave strong assurance that the supremacy of the Briaiah Navy should be maintained.
In the House of Commons Mr George Lambert, member for South Morton, introduced a Bill providing for marking foreign meat. The measure follows the proposals adopted some time back by the House of Lords.
The Unionists complain greatly of the secrecy regarding the future Government programme. The Registration Bill limits, the qualification of electors to three months' residence. The Unionists oppose this provision, and favor six months. The secretary for Ireland has assured the Irish party that the second reading of the Evicted Tenants' Bill shall be taken before Whitsuntide.

The Unionists are strongly opposing the Premier's proposal to appoint a grand committee upon Scotch business. The Parnellites have issued,a manifesto against the Premier.
