TO THE EDITOR. Sib, —A paragraph appeared in the local papers (in a report on a meeting of the Levels Road Board) in which it appears that certain irregularities had occurred in tbe election of members. Mr Mee stated that the other road boards had the same practice.. The Mount Peel Road Board wish to slate that they hare not been in the habit of committing the irregularities spoken of in the election of members. Their elections have always been in accordance with the Act.—l am, etc., Duoald Macfablane, Clerk Mount Peel Road Board.
