PORT OF TIMARU. ARRIVED. November 22—Lily, schooner, 84 tons, Bloom, from Greymouth. Wellington, November 22. Arrived, at 1 p.m. Wakatipu from Sydney. Sailed—Star of England, s.s., for London; Star of Victoria, s.s., for Sydney. Bluff, November 24. Arrived —Manapouri, from Melbourne via Hobart, at 7 a.m. Sydney, November 22, Arrived—Cromdal, ship, from London. The captain reports passing a large ship capsized, 150 deg. south-west of Madeira. He could see no trace of her name, and there was no sign of the crew. The vessel was apparently timber laden. The Cromdal visited the Crozets, but nothing was discovered there. Arrived Mararoa from Auckland. When 160 miles off the coast one of the pistons broke the cylinder cover, and caused a delay of 15 hours. It is not expected that the departure of the vessel will be delayed. Melbourne, November 22. Arrived—Rotomahana from the Bluff. Brisbane, November 22. Sailed—Otararaa, s.s., for Wellington.
