Nominators must forward entrance fee with nominations, and alsoj performances for two years previous. No one will be nominated unless their entrance fee is paid. No stamps accepted. Bicycle riders when entering are requested to state whether pneumatic or solid tyres, also weight of machine and gear. No points to be given for trophy in races 1,7, 13, and 17.
