London, Sept. 28. In the course of a speech at Dublin Mr John Redmond threatened to seriously embarass Mr Gladstone when the House meets iu February. Mr Redmond said that the Parnellites were obliged to support the Government In the hone, of which there were some signs, that they would not continue to refuse amnesties to political prisoners. The members of the Parnellite party have decided to spend the time occupied by the autumn session in organising in Ireland, if the session is devoted simply to English business. Lord Randolp Churchill considers that the House of Lords will deserve to be abolised if it passes the Rome Rule Biil.
